Great luck at Ancestry.com
I tried a two week trial membership at ancestry.com and found loads of census records on my family lines. The SSDI was also a pretty good source of information. The One World Tree doesn’t yeild much of anything but I understand it is still more of a beta than anything else. Perhaps one day it will be worth the purchase price. Since many on my fathers side lived in England I’m going to have to sub to the UK Collection one of these days to see what I can find in there. A search turns up a lot of records, but until you actually get in and look at them there is no way to tell if they are the ones you are looking for.
